Honda Launches New 200cc Motorcycle in Bangladesh

Bangladesh Honda Private Limited (BHL) officially unveiled its new motorcycle model, the all-new Honda NX200, on Saturday (December 20). This modern adventure-inspired motorcycle has been specially designed for adventure enthusiasts, versatile users, and long-distance commuters.
Powered by a 184.4cc PGM-FI engine, the motorcycle delivers 16.5 PS of power and 15.1 Nm of torque. To ensure rider safety and comfort, it comes equipped with dual-channel ABS, Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC), and an assist and slipper clutch.
The motorcycle also features a 4.2-inch fully digital TFT display with a USB Type-C port, all-LED lighting, and high ground clearance. The new model will be available at Honda showrooms across the country. Offered in Radiant Red Metallic and Pearl Igneous Black, the motorcycle is priced at BDT 315,000.
Minoru Kato, Chief Officer of the Motorcycle and Power Products Operations Division of Honda Motor Co., Ltd., highlighted Honda’s global milestone of producing more than 500 million motorcycles and Bangladesh Honda’s achievement of selling 550,000 units since 2012. He said, “Bangladesh Honda is now recognized as an important global production resource for Honda, through which export activities to international markets will continue.”
Susumu Morisawa, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bangladesh Honda Private Limited, said, “Honda’s goal is to ensure safe and convenient mobility for people through affordable, reliable, and modern vehicles.” He further stated, “To meet customers’ evolving demands, Honda is reaffirming its commitment to introducing new models with advanced features and enhanced riding capabilities. With the support of Global Honda, plans are also underway to export the all-new NX200 to Mexico.”
