Vivo V60 Lite turns portraits into season-themed AI canvases

Vivo’s new V60 Lite positions mobile photography as a creative canvas, featuring AI-driven tools that transform ordinary images into season-themed portraits and streamline post-capture editing.

At the centre is the upgraded AI Image Studio, featuring an AI Four Seasons Portrait mode. 

With a single tap, users can re-render an outdoor shot into four distinct seasonal atmospheres—summer, autumn, spring, or winter—while preserving the subject. The intent is to match the background ambiance to the chosen theme, so the final images appear as if they were taken in those conditions.

Editing tools have also been expanded. AI Erase 3.0 is designed to remove unwanted people or objects and to reduce glass or screen reflections for more precise results. An AI Photo Enhance option applies instant global adjustments for a stylised or classic finish.

Imaging hardware is anchored by a 50-megapixel primary camera using Sony’s IMX882 sensor, supported by third-generation AI Aura Light and an AI Master HD algorithm to improve clarity and brightness. 

On the front, a 32-megapixel selfie camera offers similar tuning, and 4K video recording is available from both front and rear cameras. The camera app also adds three “Master Portrait” bokeh styles, designed to deliver a more cinematic depth-of-field effect.

The V60 Lite is available in 5G and 4G variants, with Vivo positioning the device for users who want a blend of automated creativity and manual control to shape the look of their photos.
