City IT Mega Fair 2025 opens on December 8

The City IT Mega Fair 2025, billed as the country’s largest consumer technology expo, will run from Monday to Saturday (December 8–13) at the IDB Bhaban in Agargaon, showcasing the latest computers, laptops, printers, monitors, CCTV systems and other cutting-edge devices from global and local brands.

Akhtar Hossain Khan, President of BCS Computer City, said the fair will introduce young consumers to the newest market releases and feature special promotions alongside daily programmes for visitors. 

The venue will remain open from 10 am to 9 pm throughout the six-day event, with a children’s art competition among the planned activities.

Fair convener Mohammad Zahed Ali Bhuiyan said this year’s edition will offer market-wide deals and discounts, with sponsor pavilions and participant stalls spread across the complex. 

Patron brands include ASUS, Epson, HP, LDNIO, Lenovo, MSI and TP-Link, while exhibitors will feature CHUWI, Pantum, Dell, Walton Computer, DeepCool, Acer, B-Trac, T&V, QD, Rapoo and Vention. Gigabyte is sponsoring the children’s art contest.

Organisers said students will find attractive gifts and education-focused bundles, while visitors can expect mega discounts, assured gifts, cashback, “scratch-and-win” offers, tech-celebrity meet-ups and warranty-backed products. 

Concerts and daily raffle draws are also scheduled across the fair week.
